Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between each eligible user and 99cuci concerning access to the website, gaming features, promotional offers, account services and related content. References to “you”, “your” or “player” mean the individual using 99cuci. References to “we”, “our”, “us” or “the platform” mean 99cuci.

You accept this agreement when you access 99cuci, register an account, deposit funds, place a casino wager, submit a sports bet or otherwise use platform services. If you do not accept any provision, you must stop using 99cuci. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Definitions

Account Eligibility

You may create and use a 99cuci account only if you are at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and are permitted to participate under the laws that apply in your location. It is your responsibility to understand local legal requirements before accessing 99cuci. Availability of the website does not represent confirmation that online gambling is lawful in every place or circumstance.

Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in operating 99cuci may be restricted from participating where access could create an unfair advantage or conflict of interest. Registration and Account Security

99cuci may suspend duplicate, inaccurate or compromised accounts while an investigation is completed. Funds may be withheld temporarily when reasonably necessary to verify identity, protect a player or investigate suspected misuse.

Identity and Payment Verification

99cuci may request documents or information to verify identity, age, residential address, payment ownership and source of funds. Requested evidence may include identification, a recent address record, a payment statement or an image confirming ownership of an approved payment account. Sensitive details that are not required for verification may be obscured where 99cuci permits.

Verification may occur at registration, before a withdrawal, after unusual activity or whenever required for security and compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory information within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions, cancellation of affected transactions or closure of the 99cuci account.

Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

Available payment choices may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong services. Availability, transaction limits and processing times may change. The payment screen displayed by 99cuci at the time of a transaction contains the applicable minimum, maximum and status information.

Deposits must be made from a payment method owned or lawfully controlled by the verified player. Third-party deposits may be rejected or returned. A successful deposit does not remove the right of 99cuci to conduct later security checks. Chargebacks, reversed transfers and disputed transactions may lead to suspension while the matter is reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are normally returned to the original payment route where practical. 99cuci may require completed verification and confirmation that deposited funds have been used for genuine play before processing a withdrawal. Processing estimates are not guarantees because banks, e-wallet operators, FPX services and other financial channels may apply their own review periods.

Casino Games and Sports Betting

A wager becomes valid when it is accepted and recorded by 99cuci. Players must review the stake, selection, odds and potential return before confirmation. Once accepted, a bet generally cannot be amended or cancelled unless 99cuci determines that a technical fault, obvious pricing error or settlement issue requires correction.

Casino outcomes are determined according to the rules and systems governing the relevant game. Sports bets are settled using official results and the market rules shown at the time of placement. This applies to EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, live football and other available markets. Subsequent disqualification, appeal or corrected media report may not change settlement unless the applicable 99cuci market rules provide otherwise.

If a game, event or market is interrupted, abandoned or postponed, 99cuci may settle, cancel or keep the wager open according to the relevant event rules. Where displayed information conflicts with confirmed system records, the verified platform record will ordinarily determine the result.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Promotions offered by 99cuci may have separate eligibility conditions, minimum deposits, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum stakes, expiry dates and withdrawal limits. Players must review those conditions before accepting or using a bonus. A bonus is not withdrawable cash unless its applicable requirements have been met.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, one promotional benefit is available per player, household, device, payment method and shared network. 99cuci may cancel promotional credit or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of duplicate accounts, coordinated play, artificial wagering patterns, prohibited hedging or deliberate bonus abuse.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not use 99cuci to engage in:

• Fraud, money laundering, identity misuse or unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion, match manipulation, insider betting or coordinated account activity.
• Automated play, scraping, bots or software intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of technical faults, incorrect odds, delayed data or game errors.
• Harassment, threats or abusive conduct towards 99cuci support personnel.
• Attempts to bypass age checks, verification, payment controls or self-exclusion.

99cuci may void affected bets, withhold disputed funds, suspend access or close an account when prohibited conduct is reasonably suspected. Legitimate undisputed balances will be handled according to applicable review requirements and these Terms & Conditions.

Responsible Gambling

99cuci provides gambling entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling involves financial risk, and no game, bonus, strategy or sports selection guarantees a profit. Players should establish affordable deposit and loss limits, keep track of time spent playing and avoid using money needed for housing, food, education, debt or family commitments.

Service Availability and Technical Faults

99cuci aims to provide stable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, internet conditions, device problems, payment interruptions, supplier outages or events outside reasonable control may affect the service. 99cuci may suspend a game, market or platform feature where necessary to protect integrity or complete maintenance.

If a technical failure prevents a wager from being recorded, the wager will not be valid. If a fault produces an incorrect balance, payout or result, 99cuci may correct the record and reverse any amount credited solely because of that fault. Players must notify support rather than attempt to benefit from a known error.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99cuci is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from interrupted access, a player's betting decisions, unauthorised credential sharing, device failure or third-party payment delays. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players acknowledge that gambling outcomes are uncertain and voluntarily accept the ordinary financial risks of participation. Information about odds, RTP or previous results does not promise future success. Each player remains responsible for deciding whether a wager is appropriate and affordable.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request closure of your 99cuci account, subject to settlement of open bets and completion of necessary verification. 99cuci may restrict, suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, security risk, suspected illegal activity, duplicate registration, unresolved payment disputes or responsible gambling concerns.

Where appropriate, 99cuci will review any remaining balance before closure. Funds connected to fraud, chargebacks, prohibited conduct or invalid promotional activity may be withheld or adjusted following investigation. Closure does not remove rights or obligations that arose before the closure date.

Changes to These Terms

99cuci may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes, security requirements, new payment methods, operational improvements or applicable legal obligations. Material updates will take effect from the date stated on the revised page. Players should review this page periodically.

If you disagree with an updated provision, you must stop using 99cuci and request account closure. Continued access, deposits or wagering after revised terms become effective will be treated as acceptance of the updated agreement.
